Are You Constipated During The Fall Season?


In the Fall season, as the weather continues to get cooler, the dryness in the body increases leading to constipation. One of the ways to balance this is to eat oily foods such as sesame seeds, demulcent foods such as overnight soaked steel cut oats , bananas and adding a little extra pink salt to your diet.
