During the Fall, it's best to avoid salads šŸ„— Salads are light in nature and may provoke and lead to the aggravation of the elements of Air and Ether which are light in their core nature and are prominent in this season . šŸ This may lead to symptoms such as : ā€¢ Ungroundedness, ā€¢ Scattered mind ā€¢ Dryness of Skin, Hair, Ears, Lips, Joints, ā€¢ Bloating ā€¢ Gas ā€¢ Constipation ā€¢ Dehydration ā€¢ Restlessness ā€¢ Dizziness ā€¢ Poor circulation ā€¢ Muscle Spasms ā€¢ Pain ā€¢ Aches One should have warm, heavier, cooked meals especially soups instead which are not only nourishing but also easy to digest during this season.
