The recipe below is great for the Fall season as well as for the current Monsoon in India. Its a very comforting, delicious and detoxifying tea. Drink in sips throughout the day.
🇮 🇳 🇬 🇷 🇪 🇩 🇮 🇪 🇳 🇹 🇸 :
Two to three thin slices of fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp. Cumin
2 black Peppercorns
2 leaves of Mint ( Optional )
1/4 teaspoon Fennel seeds ( saunf )
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon ( Celoynese )
🇩 🇮 🇷 🇪 🇨 🇹 🇮 🇴 🇳 🇸 :
Boil the above ingredients in 1.5 litre of water. Put in a thermos and drink in sips throughout the day.
