Stress, anxiety, jealousy, irritability and similar emotions can take a toll on our health, especially that of our Digestive system. This could lead to disorders of the GI tract including gas and bloating, ulcers, acidity, heartburn and more.
Meditation along with an Ayurvedic* diet can be of great help not only as a spiritual practice and to still and calm the mind but also to heal the body. One must make it a point to at least sit regularly for meditation everyday beginning with at least 15 minutes and keep increasing the practice.
