Broccoli Mushroom Soup | Yoga of Eating

🇮 🇳 🇬 🇷 🇪 🇩 🇮 🇪 🇳 🇹 🇸 : 1 medium chopped Onion 5 chopped cloves of Garlic 200 gms chopped Broccoli Florets Pink Salt to taste 100 ml Coconut Milk 200 ml water 🇲 🇪 🇹 🇭 🇴 🇩 : Sautee the garlic and onion for a few minutes . Add the broccoli and continue to sautee. Add 200 ml of water. Cook for 10 minutes. Add pink salt to taste. Blend the mixture with a hand churner. Add the coconut milk and continue to boil for two to three minutes. Enjoy! Serves 4
