Coffee is used as a metabolic booster especially in the morning and in the afternoon.


The effect of coffee lasts for about six to twelve hours in the body


Humans perhaps due to the intake of coffee,Tv, the Internet and Social Media are more stimulated today than they have ever been in history.


All living beings crave vitality. Coffee gives us a false sense of it as its effect soon wears off in a few hours.


People who consume coffee regularly face a unique problem. They are both stimulated and exhausted at the same time.


The intake of coffee stimulates them in the morning, afternoon, and evening, the effect of which lasts for up to 12 hours which doesn't allow them to get quality sleep. They wake up exhausted in the morning and take coffee to stimulate themselves again and the cycle continues.


Coffee's stimulating qualities could lead to sleep disorders including Insomnia.
