Home Made Bath Powder | Yoga of Eating

The following is my recipe for home made bath powder :



Mix 1000 gms of whole Green mung bean flour


15 grams pure edible camphor powder ( bhim kapoor), Neem Powder 15 grams


15 grams Tulsi powder ( Holy Basil )



This aromatic home made powder can be used instead of commercial soaps which contain toxic/ harmful chemicals.



One can apply it and wash it off immediately or even keep in on the body for about 10 to 15 minutes and wash it off. All the above mentioned ingredients are available online or most organic stores.



Adding hot water post the shower in the drainage source is recommended as this powder may stick hence clog the drain. One can use chick pea ( chana) powder as well as an alternative.
