Millet - Sweet Potato Porridge | Yoga of Eating

1/ 2 cup Millets ( any kind, soaked overnight)

1 medium sized Sweet Potato

3 Dates

or

10 to 12 Raisins

8 to 10 shelled unsalted Pistachios

Pinch of Cardamom


🇲 🇪 🇹 🇭 🇴 🇩


Boil the millets in water, add the cardamom and cook until soft. More quantity of water should be added based on whether you want thinner or thicker consistency. On the side, boil the sweet potato. To the cooked millets, add the raisins or dates and pistachios to the millets along with sliced sweet potato and enjoy.
