𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 and 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐚 are light and easier to digest grains as compared to brown rice ( both heaty and heavy ) or wheat ( heavy to digest ).
Both Millets and Quinoa are highly recommended as a Summer food as during late summer, i.e. late July onwards, the digestive power is the lowest and its best to consume light, smaller meals during this time.
