Ingredients :
4 raw bananas 200 gms Sweet Potato 50 gms grated beetroot 50 gms grated fresh coconut 100 grams grated carrot 1 teaspoon grated ginger and garlic ( mixed) 2 tablespoon chopped Cilantro Pink Himalayan Salt to taste Cold pressed Coconut oil Method : Steam the raw banana and sweet potato till soft. On the side, dry roast the ginger and garlic. Mix the grated carrot and grated beetroot, roasted ginger garlic, cilantro to the steamed banana and Sweet potato mix, salt and pepper. Shape as a small patties and shallow fry using a little cold pressed coconut oil Serves 2
